A number of trials were conducted during the 1990s. Early work looked at the effects of Maxicrop Plus Sequestered Iron on cauliflower and cabbage yield and marketable quality.

More recently, the role of Maxicrop’s base seaweed extract have been examined on these crops.

	Maxicrop Triple produced 12% more Class I heads and 25% fewer Class II cauliflowers.
	Maxicrop Triple improved returns by £408/ha.

NDSM Ltd

	Maxicrop Concentrate increased crop vigour, maturity, cutting date, weight and quality of cabbages.
	This ensured that the cabbages secured early premium prices, improving the crops value by 16%.
